When anti-lawsuit "principles" are so rigid that they brook no allowance for common sense and decency, they're not one bit different from nonsensical liberal positions that are defended no matter what. Well said. The knee-jerk reaction that I'm seeing here tonight is not suitable for thinking Americans.
