It crossed Havana last night as a 2 and was a 4 at 3 this afternoon, in less miles.
True....but the water is not as conducive to strengthening.
Who knows what will happen though...this thing has not acted very normal so far.
It was a 2 at noon, and a 4 by 3pm. When I got your email telling me it had intensified that much that fast, I didn't believe it at first.
