That's weird. I'm Soutwest of Volusia County in Seminole County, 12 miles from downtown Orlando and we have not received the first winds yet. Unles this is some weird feeder band thing, I don't know why you would be geting the first effects before we did.

The talking head weather guy in Orlando just now said Seminole County can expect the worst winds after 9:00pm.

Now, I'm really going to go see if I can see some of the Olympics.

It's funny. I am also hearing reports that several people are just starting to feel the wind. I haven't got the exact location though.
