I imagine they're coming in from a lot of places. But they can send the stuff from Atlanta now becuase by the time it gets there it will be safe to go in. The folks closer are probably still having to wait.
Well, you have to figure if you store it in Atlanta, you HAVE to ship it a longer ways.
But you have to store stuff someplace.
And, when you lay up supplies ahead of time, you don't know if you need to ship it to Charleston, the VACapes, New Orleans, Memphis (river flooding), or the FL panhandle, or Mobile, or ....
Atlanta is near the middle of all of those.
