Actually it was good. Matthews degraded his own credibility. It started when he shot from the hip, and said O'Neill was Texas Republican, when Matthews really had no clue, and turned out to be wrong. O'Neill said he voted for Gore, amazingly enough, as well as that nutter Perot, less amazingly. Neither Matthews nor that other Dem spinning guest, could really offer any specifics to refute O'Neill's specifics about Kerry's proactive fraud to obtain medals he did not deserve, until the Dem spinner quoted the inconstant and unfortunate Elliot fellow, or whatever his name is, who has a new story about every week it seems. Other than that, it was a blowout. These guys do a fine job in impeaching themselves. Plus Matthews is a rude asshole. But then, that is old news, and he not atypical in that department.
The whole thing cheered me up. I want more, much more

"Actually it was good." Are you saying you were more satisfied with this than an objective investigation into the facts by Matthews?
Conservatives have been trained for decades to accept so little. Sad.

See?! If abject skeptic
Torie is pleased with the way this is playing out, Kerry is genuinely, royally screwed...
O'Neill is centered, unflappable. He's cauterizing Kerry's umbilical cord to Vietnam, revealing the Demo lunacy of dumping Dean for a lying cretin; and it's been fun to watch every step of way.

Chris Matthews is ruder than almost all the others, excepting Carville. I can't actually think of anyone worse than these 2, at the moment.
If I were of their ilk, I would do away with myself out of despair.
But that's just me.

The whole thing cheered me up. I want more, much more Wow, I wish I had been left with the same impression. Instead, I was almost driven to tears, not easily accomplished with me.
Matthews' hatred was out of proportion to the confidence he claimed to have in the Navy (who awarded the medals) and Kerry's band of brothers (who confirm his stories). But it reminded me of how far the Democrats will go and how yet another generation (in Iraq and Afghanistan) is at risk. Matthews, O'Reilly and all the rest aren't a bit concerned about what a man, who has done what Kerry did in his Viet Nam days and who has betrayed the military again with his votes on Iraq, will do as President while we are at war. That's frightening to me.

Actually it was good. Matthews degraded his own credibility Whoa! Mathews had credibility?
That's a stretch.
