O'Donnell missed the point that the SNL skit was originally intended to lampoon Arnold Schwarzenegger, by using two knuckle-headed Arnold worshiping body-geeks with thick Austrian accents. One special thing about humor, if the object of the joke uses the joke, this sting is removed and the *zing* remains. Just like George Bush at the Al Smith Dinner in October, 2000.
"Thank you all very much. This is an impressive crowd-- the haves and the have-mores. (Laughter) Some people call you the elite. I call you my base..."
O'Donnell is a hack and a script writer, not a humorist...

Pat has a hard time hiding his hatred for Bush.
Hatred or disagreement? Are conservatives who don't always tow the party line or agree with everything your man does bad folks because they tell it the way they see it? Pat is an independent thinker and that's what I like about him. He isn't the type to be a cheerleader for his "party" when he feels they are wrong. Republicans need to be put in the hot seat, by other republicans, and forced, by denial of votes, to address the issues both parties ignore, such as immigration, the trade deficit and spending. Brave politicians are always scorned. It's easy to agree with people, harder to disagree because there is risk involved.
We need about 200 more Pats to make a difference in Washington.
