If footage like this is shown, it answer the question that always comes up, "Why did O'Neill wait till now to bring up these issues?"
Gives a little prospective to the point that O'Neill is no "johnny come lately" to his criticism of Kerry.
Would enough people have known or cared before... esp. in Massachusetts?
BTW, my understanding is that O'Neill began speaking out against Kerry years ago.
The stakes are higher in a presidential election. Frankly, I wish I had paid more attention to the Arkansas state troopers back on '92.
