Corpus Christi was written by Terrence McNally, who also co-wrote Earth Girls Are Easy with Julie Brown, as well as many Broadway plays and musicals, including a musical adaptation of Bush-hating novelist E.L. Doctorow's celebration of domestic terrorism, Ragtime. This wouldn't be notable except for the fact that I had a friendly encounter with one of the lovely and talented actresses in that show. And no, I'm not telling.
