"...reminds me of an exchange between Hamlet and his mom."

Whilst reading Hamlet's pleas and accusations, I was reminded that Mrs Heinz-Kerry also has children from her first marriage, who would not be without their own opinions. The Heinz legacy is their birthright. A modern day version of Hamlet is not beyond the realm of possibilities.

'Mother, look at these pictures; here he is, dressed in a bunny suit, he can't even throw or kick a ball, he tells lies, half of the country is laughing at him. He makes you look stupid, as if you have no pride at all, people are saying he only married you for your money. Dad must be turning over in his grave... Mom, there's no way your husband can win this election. Why are you doing this?
...........................................................

In Australia, we do not see much of Kerry on TV (thank goodness) but what is noticed is that he appears to be almost afraid of his audience when he speaks. He loses track, speaks haltingly, scratches himself and fidgets.

Now isn't that exactly what a lying schoolboy does?

As I understand it, two of the three Heinz boys are campaigning for their stepfather.

The third son, however, has refused to appear with them. He's the interesting one, and the one I'd love to hear interviewed [by Rush, or Hannity, or Boortz] - I've got the sneaking feeling that there's a Michael Reagan -vs- Ron Reagan Jr animosity at work there.

In fact, come to think of it, Michael Reagan would be a great host for such an interview.
