The school is asking for it, alright. But when the kids ask for it, we still have corporal discipline. If you DON'T want your kid to have this discipline, you sign the waiver, not the other way around.

Skateboading is fine but safety first, responsibilities second, and if you still have time, skateboard in designated areas and be respectful of other persons and property. (This is very good but reality bites!)

Broken bones, broken laws, and law suits predominate this issue...

Thank you for what you said, but my husband wasn't a POW. My screen name would be Silent Service CPO Wife if it were separated. The Silent Service refers to the Navy's submarine service and the CPO stands for Chief Petty Officer.
