Hey guys, before you start a new relationship, end the existing one. It's as simple as that. To women this is possibly the most destructive thing to happen in her life.
Of course, it goes without saying that the same goes for women who behave this way. It's just that men seem to be so doggone good at it.

I would argue that women are the ones that are good at. It is the men that always get caught.
I have a better one. If that relationship is a marriage don't end it to pursue another one, period. Regardless of how you feel. Work on the one you've got, if at all possible. In 80% of the cases it is possible. End in only for infidelity, abandonment, physical cruelty, nonsupport or long term incarceration.
