Damnit it......I am sick of hearing that John Kerry volunteered for Vietnam.
He joined the Navy when he KNEW he was going to get drafted!
And here is this:
Per Boston Globe....
"I didn't really want to get involved in the war," Kerry said in a little-noticed contribution to a book of Vietnam reminiscences published in 1986. "When I signed up for the swift boats, they had very little to do with the war. They were engaged in coastal patrolling and that's what I thought I was going to be doing."

THE CLINTON's MUST BE LOVING THIS....!
We are shredded by, in part posts made by Corsi here on H&C
Also, Kerry said he tried to get a deferment from his draft board to study in Paris for a year after graduation from Yale. He was turned down.
bttt
Exactly. You know what else I'm sick of hearing go unchallenged ? During his testiomony before the senate committee, he said he wasn't aware that some of the things he admitted doing or accused his fellow vets of doing went against the Geneva Convention. How is that possible for an officer ? Especially one trained while we were fighting a war ?
