It sounds like they're already making outrageous demands to me.
"Show us how to make nuclear weapons and promise to defend us against Israel" is pretty damned outrageous. A prelude, to something I fear.
The ultimatim will be along the lines of "Get everybody out of Israel by sundown." It will be delivered to the original sponsors, excluding Russia, of the State of Israel, who Iran believes still control Israel as a puppet state.
I think the US should offer to show IRAN how to decontaminate radioactive cities and how to analyze radiation patterns from multiple 20 megaton strikes in such a way to prevent fatality levels beyond the 80% level... i think that sort of information will be of a more practical use to them...
However, it does show that they fear Israel, and that's a good thing.
