The two centers don't look strong or organized as they were yesterday.
Charley is looking more organized, but Bonnie is being ripped up by upper level shear from the northeast right now.
Most forecasts expect the shear to end because the air will be cut off by the front and should be allowed to strengthen.
Remember, you're looking at a water vapor image (not the usual IR that shows clouds) and they often do not show centers very well since the center has high vapor content and is often obscured by cirrus (ice crystal) clouds.
