I pre-ordered it on Amazon about a week ago.
We are going to buy it at Barnes & Ignoble so we can be irate when they say they don't have it, or can't find it, or its back in the store room, or under the floorboards or what ever excuse they come up with. There is one conservative clerk at the store we go to & if you seem to be even slightly displeased she calls the manager up to take your complaint. heh heh
