OldFriend - Don't count WA out. Clinton.Gore would of lost in Washington in 1992 if Perot was not a factor, assuming 2/3's of his voters would of voted for Bush. Many of his voters were Republicans driven away by the "read-my-lips" line.
Take away Seattle and Olympia and Washington is very much a Red state. If replublicans get out to vote, we out number the leftist voters in the big cities. No doubt a bout it.

Truth be told there are freepers in WA state.........but it seems such an uphill battle. The left there seems to be particularly wacky and out of touch with reality.
