A federal judge ordered that Tim Russert of NBC's 'Meet the Press' and Matthew Cooper of Time magazine must testify in the investigation into whether the Bush administration illegally leaked a covert CIA (news - web sites) officer's name to the media. The judge rejected requests to quash subpoenas to Russert, shown in a 2004 photo, and Cooper for violating their First Amendment rights. (NBC via Reuters)
