It is my calculation that kerry was paralyzed no less than 58 minutes,
i.e., from the first attack at 8:45 to the Pentagon attack at 9:43.
Doubtless, he was still paralyzed when he was evacuated after the Pentagon hit,
McCain's presence notwithstanding.
Indeed, regarding the war on terror, kerry seems to be in an intractable, permanent state of paralysis, wouldn't you say?
