McCain is on record, already, on the matter of the advertisments by the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth.

Senator John McCain ... denounces the ad as "dishonest and dishonorable," ... "I can't believe the president would pull such a cheap stunt," and called on [President Bush] to repudiate the ad.

McCain is irrelevant in all of this. He seems to flip-flop as good as Kerry. I wonder what kind of a pact they made those many years ago when they suddenly became friends.
