I wouldn't mind a train derailment on the way to our town tonight!! arghhhh!!!!
Residents of Las Vegas New Mexico watch as Democratic presidential nominee Senator John Kerry campaign train rolls into town for a campaign rally August 7, 2004
here's what happened Thursday evening, Aug. 5, in Sedalia, MO ... maybe they were afraid it would happen again ...
Just before getting to Kansas City, Kerry was booed and shouted down in Sedalia, MO on August 5 by a very active BushCheney04 group, and he was so dumbfounded that he kept handing off the mic to his wife and Edwards, when he finally spoke, the most he could think to do was to refer to Michael Moore's book and the supposed Bush connection to Saudi oil money ...
here's the write-up

Kerry campaign train gets whistles at stop
Fri Aug 6,11:26 AM ET
SEDALIA, United States (AFP) - Democratic presidential contender John Kerry and running mate John Edwards ran into a group of Republicans whose whistles and shouts drowned out a cheering crowd of supporters when their "Believe in America" train made a brief stop here overnight.
With signs proclaiming "Four more years" and "Flush the Johns", supporters of President George W. Bush in the November 2 elections were seen and heard above several hundred "Kerry-Edwards" followers at the station, as the Democratic hopefuls and their wives appeared at the rear of the train.
"You want four more years of what? Of adding deficit and debts for the children of our country," Kerry told the Republicans in the crowd. He promised relief for the middle class and to restore the US image abroad. "We can do better than we are doing today in this country," he told his cheering supporters. "I will never send a man to fight without a plan to win the peace," he said referring to Iraq. He called on his supporters to spread the Democratic word around the country.
The shouting match, which lasted about 15 minutes before the Kerry train pulled out of the station, is an unusual ocurrence at campaign rallies where supporters and opponents of the candidates usually stand nonchalantly shoulder to shoulder with no outbursts.
Kerry, is afraid of the Goons on the Right...some war hero!
Blame it on the blue collar engineer.
Typical elitist jackasses. These guys never let themselves down.
Can it get any better? The dorkiness, the stupid decisions, fatuous stump speeches, lies, flip flops a two year-old could see through. Every day I keep thinking, what idiots! Hillary has to be behind this. Ah, now we have a RAT caller from Maryland spouting hate-filled lies about GW on C-Span. He's written it down so he won't forget a single word. The C-Span moderator ignored him and read the paper.
They were just common little people (spit), like the Boston Commuters.
Bewildered and confused...hahaha...
Lawrence, Kansas. Maybe if John-John won't come back we could get someone to reinact Mr Anderson and Mr Quantrell's visit.
HAHAHA!
it was interesting, there were more kerry supporters there, but the only kerry signs were officially printed signs.
The BushCheney04 supporters had plenty of official signs, and in addition there was one person wearing a homemade waffle costume and many homemade signs:
"BUSH: Fit for Command"
"VerryLeftwards FreeRepublic.com"
"Unfit for Command, Kerry, wintersoldier.com"
"Hunters for Bush04" "Veterans for Bush"
When the sKerry supporters chanted 'help is on the way' over and over, Bush supporters chanted 'four more years!' The Bush supporters were much louder than the sKerry supporters. When Kerry mentioned his time in Vietnam, Bush supporters screamed, "LIAR, LIAR"
Then Kerry said they had been told there was a freight train waiting to go through Sedalia so he needed to leave. And off they went.
The SOB knocked me down. I don't FALL DOWN!
Love Train, confusing and bewildering!
This stuff has got to be rattling him.
We need to keep up the pressure on him.. Every campaign stop.. we need people there just shouting down his throat..
I would think a "Veterans for Bush" chant would get him worked up big time.
What a pair of goofy idiots...sheesh.
