This is a great catch. I hope the RNC is well aware of this statement and is investigating it.
Seems to me Kerry is now damned if he did and damned if he didn't. If he didn't, he's caught in a flat-out lie, one that he can't easily excuse away. If he did, then he was WAY overreaching his legitimate powers, and trying to deal with the U.N. in a manner that might well have compromised our negotiations with other countries.
What an absolute moron this man is. I just hope somebody makes a BIG issue of this.

I just hope somebody makes a BIG issue of this. Yeah, me too...but it won't happen. It never does...and it's damned annoying. It's giving me an upset stomach!

According to John F. Kerry, the Constitution vests the power to forge international alliances and negotiate with the French in the junior Senator from the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the power to write laws with the president, the power to make laws with radio companies, and the power, duty, and responsibility to wage pre-emptive warfare with the Governor of Texas.
I'd like to see a copy of his Constitution, because I think mine is seriously defective.
