Vicente Fox has complete say on our immigration policies right now for some reason. The Mexican elite need even higher levels of people leaving or their corrupt system is in danger of toppling. Bush isn't doing this to help Americans or this country in any way at all, he's doing this to keep the elite 10% of Mexico happy and in power so they can continue to raid that country of it's wealth --- which they believe is theirs exclusively.

And the American elite wants to squeeze a few dollars more out of the "cost" of labor. Tacit open-borders is a wage-depressing policy.
If the Mexicans coming over the border were CFO's and journalists to take jobs here, the border would be shut immediately.
