If they can't handle the responsibility they shouldn't be allowed to publish at all. We need to take a page out of Iraq's playbook and shut them down for a month like Allawi has done with Al Jazeera. Course it'll never happen.

We shouldn't have to - unfortunately there is no such thing as duty, honor, country to the elites!

Ever wonder if the bill or rights were written as amendments in order to facilitate our regular review and updating of them if necessary? (yea, I know the historical point, but it's a thought!) Adding responsibility to the freedoms we are guaranteed can't be all bad - and it could allow us to clarify the rabid, so called separation of church and state.
