This confirms we need to fix our system.

The reality is that G.W. didn't million a billionaire. He didn't get rich off trial verdicts. He doesn't have Hollywood or the media's support or even someone like Soros. Kerry/DNC can scrape together 6000 lawyers easily. May not even need to hire them, could just warn that if G.W. is re-elected the risk of Tort reform passing will continue.

The Dems are going to use the courts and fraud to try to win this election. G.W. is going to need help to prevent their illegal tactics.

I don't particularly trust outsider's to observe these elections but I know the Dems can't be trusted.

We've got to create a system to is less susceptible to fraud and court challenge. Aside fom lanslides, of course. ;-)

It isn't the UN:

If the US had an agreement with this groups since 1990, why did the Dems want the UN???

"OSCE members, including the United States, agreed in 1990 in Copenhagen to allow fellow members to observe elections in one another's countries,"

Also, this part is interesting...

The GOP-controlled House last month passed an amendment to a foreign-aid bill barring federal officials from using money to ask the United Nations to observe the Nov. 2 election. Rep. Steve Buyer, Indiana Republican and sponsor of the amendment, fiercely opposed U.N. participation.

The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), the largest regional organization in the world with 55 participating nations, will monitor the U.S. election on Nov. 2.

When h@ll freezes over!!! America first put freedom and democracy on the map. We don't need any tinpot "monitors" from outside of the US observing the American democratic process.

Read the previous post. Was a brain fart b/c I was listening to Fox (they said was UN) at the same time as I was reading story, wires crossed and I apologize. But please explain how any foreign body coming to monitor/audit our elections is what one should be able to expect from a Republican president?

And Eurocrats will help Bush because of that continent's deep and abiding love for him?

I don't care what sort of strategy this is by the White House - if I catch some Third World primitive looking over my shoulder on election day, he'll be sent home in a pine bax.

A small one.

Uh, no.

My point is that as the syetm stands now G.W. is going to get screwed by the Dems militia of lawyers. I never said foreigner's were the answer but neither is the system we have now.

The administration has decided to invite foreigners, though not the U.N., as a not so perfect answer.

Rather than berate them, I want to hear reasonable methods to fix our voting system so it isn't so vulnerable to fraud or lawsuits. Aside from having the FBI stationed at each polling area.

Foreign observers to audit election

The French and German observers better clear out the second the polls close.

Unless they want some post-election cans of "Whoop-@$$" opened on their
smug derrieres.

Don't worry about the reservations, they are all relatives. We might not necessarily like the vote tally there, but it'll be an honest one.

Whats up with your screen name? Do they float?

Hehe Rebelbase. They sink, like all their "Lefty" ideas. :)

D'oh! took a few tries, but I got it. Slow day for me I'm severly decaffinated.

LOL bro, me too! I need my coffee in the worst way.

All the best.

Right on.

I have no choice but to view these anti Americans has a possible threat to our constitutional right to elect our President.

Unfortunately, my fear is that the rats want to bring in Metrosexual European Socialists to protest our election and cast doubt on the results if they happen to be results the Metrosexual American LibSocs don't like.

I can live with that for four more years!

It is just unbelievable.

I like your new tag next to your signature name, it made my first laugh this morning. Excellent one.
