While I lean to more of the "smokey" and sweet version of BBQ...my favorite name
for this sort of gastronomic chemistry is from a sauce marketed in
Northern Texas:
"Hell On The Red".

"Hell On The Red" Sounds like MY kind of sauce. I have a good friend who has lost most of his hair. We both have the same tastes in hot food. When I eat it my forehead and scalp perspire profusely. His whole head turns red. My wife just looks at the two of us and shakes her head - she'll never understand!
