That would seem to be true. It's strange that Oshkosh residents don't seem to be telling the story of what happened there.

By and large, people in Oshkosh are quite docile.

Of course, when 5 guys with M-16's or MP-5's show up at your door and "ask" to look around in the middle of the night, docility is prudent, no?
