Because his name has "Mohammed" or "al-" in it. If his name were Joe Smith, you'd see his biography posted already. The military refuses to prosecute muslim spies because, in their PC frenzy, they don't want to admit that they violated their own regs when they recruited and trained them. Yee had all but an adultery charge dropped and the military apologized to him. That's what will happen to this guy, too.
$10 says either his first, middle or last name is Mohammad.
To spare us all from the ensuing wailing from his family:

"My boy would never do anything like that!"
"He was setup!"

Why do you assume it's a "him"?
