By the way, I don't have to put asides any differnces on this issue, I don't vote in Illinois, so what I think doesn't impact the outcome of the election.

Here's what I predict will happen:

Sometime before the latter half of October, with Alan Keyes looking at losing to Obama roughly 65% to 35%, the faithful will commence to blame Bush, the National GOP, and those damnable RINO'S for the fact that the predictable outcome will appear inevitable.

Right before the presidential election, Keyes supporters will be throwing a huge hissy fit about Bush.

I've said before, and I will say it again...the Illinois GOP invited Keyes in, they better either deliver the victory, or accept the blame for the loss, because Alan Keyes will not.

And they better not blame Bush, because Bush could move into Keyes rented apartment from tomorrow until election day, and Keyes will still not win this election.

What, and have someone like Jim Oberweis get a hold of the GOP nomination? Not in a million years, there is a reason why he was passed up for the Senate nomination even though he came in second place in the Republican primaries. Oberweis made the mistake of running for Illinois Senate strictly on a severe anti-immigration platform (which made him look bigoted against Mexican immigrants) and importing drugs from Canada. Oberweis must have forgotten that Illinois Republicans don't care two hoots about immigration and that the Democrats have already embraced buying drugs from Canada. Yeah, real smart strategy there.

Keyes will trounce Obama in an open debate and expose Obama's actual socialist views to the Illinois public.
