So you been to school for a year or two
And you know you've seen it all
In daddy's car thinkin' you'll go far
Back east your type don't crawl
Play ethnicky jazz to parade your snazz
On your five grand stereo
Braggin that you know how the ... feel cold
And the slums got so much soul
It's time to taste what you most fear
Right Guard will not help you here
Brace yourself, my dear
It's a holiday in Cambodia
It's tough kid, but it's life
It's a holiday in Cambodia
Don't forget to pack a wife
Your a star-belly sneech you suck like a leech
You want everyone to act like you
Kiss ass while you bitch so you can get rich
But your boss gets richer on you
Well you'll work harder with a gun in your back
For a bowl of rice a day
Slave for soldiers til you starve
Then your head skewered on a stake
Now you can go where people are one
Now you can go where they get things done
What you need my son:
Is a holiday in Cambodia
Where people dress in black
A holiday in Cambodia
Where you'll kiss ass or crack
Pol Pot, Pol Pot, Pol Pot, Pol Pot [etc.]
And it's a holiday in Cambodia
Where you'll do what you're told
A holiday in Cambodia
Where the slums got so much soul
Yes, this Kerry guy knows his American History. His recall of who was President is about as accurate as his recall of what happened on the Swift Boats.
Can't imagine that John Kerry would make up a story like this....
Especially when not a single fact exists that would support it. Wouldn't the South Vietnamese soldiers have been Roman Catholics if they were Christian, and celebrating Christmas? Roman Catholics do not celebrate Christmas Eve by drinking and discharging firearms.
I think that once this book is released to the general public, Mr. Kerry will be the recipient of a non-stop barrage of accusations as a liar. If the charges continue long enough, they will stick.
I saw this title and thought of "Holiday in Cambodia"!
GMTA!
"SENATOR KERRY, WERE YOU, OR WERE YOU NOT, SENT INTO CAMBODIA ON YOUR GUNBOAT, AS YOU HAVE CLAIMED ON THE FLOOR OF THE SENATE?"
Maybe we can come up with our own lyrics that are Kerry-related LOL...
I vote pathological liar.
Kerry SUCKS.
I am not that creative, but many here at FR are! I am sure there is a good one waiting to be written!
There seems to be no end to the fabrications from Kerry.
Im trying to find a link to an official senate record or hard proof he said he was in Cambodia. I tried to find it weeks ago when I first heard about this. I googled portions of the quote. I searched the senate records, which is not very easy to do and I probably missed it.
I emailed the author of the story I first read about it, but nothing back.
I know he said it. There has to be a senate record of this.
Another great find, and thanks for post it!
Thanks for the ping!
The Franchurian Dork Candidate, moi Kerri, has been caught in another bald faced lie.
The Franchurian Dork Candidate, moi Kerri, in his convention speech stated "Judge me by my record". moi Kerri, we are doing that and will continue to use your own lying words and record to sink your version of the Titanic, Kerry/EdWeirds 04.
Should be in the 1986 Congressional Record March 27, 1986.
On the floor of the U.S. Senate on March 27, 1986, Kerry launched
one of his many attacks against President Reaganthis time charging
that President Reagans actions in Central America were leading
the United States into yet another Vietnam, claiming that he could
recognize the error of the administrations ways because he had experienced
firsthand the duplicity of the Nixon administration in lying
about American incursions into Cambodia during the Vietnam War.
Kerry charged that he had been illegally ordered into Cambodia during
Christmas 1968:
"I remember Christmas of 1968 sitting on a gunboat in Cambodia.
I remember what it was like to be shot at by the Vietnamese
and Khmer Rouge and Cambodians, and have the president of
the United States telling the American people that I was not
there; the troops were not in Cambodia. I have that memory
which is searedsearedin me."
