The DNC has already threatened legal action against media outlets that run the ad. Yes, they are that dumb but if they can keep it off the air until September, CFR will do the rest.

Tieing it up in the courts may be their goal, and that tactic may or may not be successful.
But the added publicity they are giving it is working against them. Remember Fox News' lawsuit against Stuart Smalley?
