I listened to Van O'Dell on Medved. The entire interview. He seems like a regular guy who felt he had to step forward.
If he's typical of this group, they're going to have a tough time discrediting them.
To the interview/callers - I thought he was well spoken, very clear, very specific. Like he said, just because some of those guys weren't on lurch's boat doesn't mean they didn't bunk together, and see each other in the water on a near daily basis.
I thought he was very credible.

Why dont we ask the media to invite an equal number of "Band of Brothers" pro Kerry guys (that were on the boat with him as he says) and the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, for a once and for all debate, up jointly on the stage, live on national TV/Radio, with an impartial moderator, about this very hot/important issue and everyone's collective and individual NAM/KERRY memories.
That is one way to get the truth out.
Think the Kerry-ite Namvets would accept??
