I really don't have a problem with companies that refused to show MoveOn.org's ads refusing this one too. CBS, in particular, took a stand that they would not run the 527 ads, at least during the Super Bowl and other major events. So it would only be consistent if they refuse to run these ads as well.

However, any company that ran MoveOn.org's ads have no defense if they refuse to run the Swift Boat ads. CNN, in particular, showed the anti-Bush ads so I would expect they would show this too. Otherwise, they would be hypocrites.

My issue is that Kerry/Edwards feel they have the right to threaten these vets' right to free speech by attempting to intimidate media outlets with lawsuits.

What are you afraid of, Senator? If you service is above reproach, if you feel it is worthy to be the centerpiece of this campaign, then why not let that service stand on its own record?

Kerry hasn't changed. After the passage of the years he STILL attacks the veterans of Vietnam.

It must be tough to refuse to run 527 ads during the Super Bowl. Terrible loss of revenue.
