My sister is a nurse. We were talking about the alias last night and she said the hospital she works at will do the same thing. If it is a patient with a high profile, then they will get an alias. Anyone calling from the press or anyone not cleared by the family or patient can't get information.
But, do they rent mail boxes under those aliases, as they're saying Mark did? ;)
