However, it seems very plausible that he chose his name to confuse people into thinking they were calling the long-existing abortion clinic when they were actually calling him.

This is not a case of some porn site having a webpage called 'Dizney'........I just knew someone would be along..........

....I would also suggest that for those who can't tell the difference between 'Causeway Center for Women', and 'Causeway Medical Center' to move to Palm Beach............they'll fit right in.

I'm no fan of frivilous lawsuits, but the courts do have jurisdiction over both fraud and intent to deceive.

This one actually should be heard in the courts. I'd prefer it be criminal court, if he indeed dispensed with bogus medical advice.

Just because we share a person's beliefs doesn't mean they can't be a scumbag, and it doesn't mean that we have to support all his tactics. The Rule of Law still means something to me.

Planned Parenthood is a business selling a product, and they make lots of money doing it. Like many successful businesses, they employ attorneys to guard their interests. Having people vocalize against them is bad for business.

Having said that, the 'business' is a ghoulish one at that, piloted by some of the coldest hearted people you would ever want to meet. These are not the type of folks I would care to have over for dinner; truly, I would not let them share the same dish as my pets.

It seems to me that the pro-aborts prefer the civil court in this case.....for obvious reasons. They won't have to prove anything. All they have to do is outspend him; mission accomplished.

Which is admirable, of course..........it would be up to the attorney general to file any such charges, and at this moment I've heard nothing about that...........just the accusations of a few hell-harpies...........I'll need more than that.

They didn't lie to the people who came to them for help. These women came to him for help, and he lied to them. He misled them.

Women don't go to abortion clinics for 'help.' They go to have their babies sliced up and sucked out.

I'm sorry that your intellect is too narrow to understand the practically perfect comparison made above.

Wrong-o. The law says otherwise. Don't like it? Lobby.

I'm sorry that your intellect is too narrow to understand the comparison you made above is intellectually dishonest.

Oh, well. I tried.

The law pre-1863 also said that if you knew where a fugitive slave was, you had to turn him in. Would you have followed that law?

I wouldn't have told a runaway slave that I'd take him in and then hand him over.

Which is what this lying scumbag did - he told people he'd help them, then undermined it.

If the cause is just, you don't need to lie to people about it.
