Still the same problem for the bad guys. They just don't know whether the guy they are dealing with is another bad guy or a good guy undercover. If the bad guys don't trust each other it makes it safer for us.

And remember, letting bad guys fight it out among themselves (even if we had to help level the playing field to keep it interesting) was a big part of our Cold War foreign policy.
