Can some one tell me why the left hates AG Ashcroft for enforcing a law, the Patriot Act, that most Dem's in Washington voted for, to apprehend and prosecute people bent on our destruction while hiding behind spurious use of our constitution? Because he's not afraid to call a spade a spade and get to the heart of the matter. John Ashcroft is a very bright man and not much gets by him. The only recourse the liberals have is to ruin him by reputation. By deed, they can't touch him.
