His parents moved back to Europe when Kerry was a young boy and he was sent to boarding schools in Switzerland, where he had little contact with his family. Later, his folks sent him back to American boarding schools while they remained in Europe.
Kerry must stand to account for his adulthood, certainly. But his parents are responsible for his childhood. If his parents couldn't stand him or want him, whose fault is that?
