I haven't finished reading this chapter but I have a question. Does someone higher up have to approve the award of a Purple Heart? What is the procedure?
I would think so, I, when on active duty submitted my soldiers for awards, which had to go through the chain of command for approval. I do hope, the NIS will do their job and see who approved these PH's for the Liar from Ma. Kerry is being exposed for his fraudulent actions, lies and awards. P.S. Maybe, scary kerry approved the awards himself by forging his commander's signature. Even in war money / political connections grants favors for the undeserving. Bush/Cheney 2004
