To: Hotdog

Pulled pork--yum. I've always wanted to try Memphis dry-rubbed baby-backs. The ribs around here are usually slathered in heavy sauces, but there are a few places where you can find them dry-rubbed. I wonder if East Tennesseeans like them Carolina style? It's such a long state, I can imagine multiple influences in pork preparation.

I lived in South Carolina for many years and I can tell you that here in TN...they are very close in taste and texture.
