This mentions nothing about public housing, free medical care, free public grade-level and associate-level free education to mention but a few areas where a massive illegal population drains the state's resources.
Even if it gets to print, all it takes is ONE FEDERAL DISTRICT JUDGE (the "Oligarchy" - remember) to whack the pee-pee of millions upon millions or American citizens exercising the only voice in government they have - their votes.
