These Navy Seal wannabes need to use some common sense. Who do they imagine would grow pot on the front lawn? Someone as stupid as the cops authorizing the raid one would suppose.
How about this for starters. On a dark night walk an oficer into the front yard and take a sample of the plant for analysis.
If it had been marijuana the local heads would have stripped the plants bare.
Even more to the point, why didn't they just knock on the front door and ask him what the plants were? Why the SWAT approach?
