I disagree with this explanation. The perspective is all wrong. If the finger/frame were in the same plane as the window, it would be angled down toward the lower right- just as the frame of the window and the 'other mirror' are. Additionally, I see Botox's pinky, ring, and middle fingers curled toward the palm as one naturally would when pointing.
(But after taking the time to compose a nice post, I see that others have beat me to the point. So here's a curt post instead:) Nice try, but I'm not buying it.
