My idea:
I would like for you to start talking about impeaching activist judges. There are a lot of hard core conservatives that are tired of the political process because when we elect someone, the judges usurp legislative power and legislate from the bench. The Democrats know this is how there agenda wins.
I would like to see Republicans start to standing up to these activist judges and start impeaching them. This would wake up call for these activist judges.

That's a given. Another way to look at the lack of a 2nd Amend. category is that the GOP isn't giving any ability for the anti-gun people to lodge their opinions.

Term limits.
Two terms maximum and you cannot go to work for a firm doing business with the government for three years.
Let the people decide how long someone should be in office for.

Illegal Immigration
U.S. Citizenship is the greatest birthright any American has. This is a privilege that should be closely guarded.
When we look the other way at illegal immigration, we set a tone of lawlessness that gives a false impression to illegals when they enter our country.
I will propose legislation that designates a 30 day window for illegals to settle their affairs and leave the State of Pennsylvania. After that, a $100 bounty will be placed on illegal aliens that are turned in to the police by private citizens.
This program will be funded in two ways: Reduced strain on social services by the over-served illegal community and by the State auctioning off all the possessions illegals have when they are deported.
Any locality that refuses to enforce the standing immigration laws, Philadelphia for example, will simply be denied any state funding whatsoever.

The ultimate test of support for the BOR is support for the second amendment. If you can't support that, the rest is just hot air.
