I hate soccer.

It is the most boring thing to watch.

Back and forth, back and forth for two hours. And then the score is 1-0. Big Woop.

I'm an American football fanatic, but I like soccer too. The same could be said for football: "Back and forth, back and forth for an hour, and then the score is 7-0. Big woop." I've seen hundreds of football games where there's only 1 touchdown the entire game.

As a "soccer dad"... I think two things could make soccer more fun. First of all remove 2 players from each side. No substitutions and no time outs. Second allow "forward passes" - player to enter a zone without a ball.

then you can get some scoring which Americans (myself) love.

It's a great sport, builds teamwork, good foot speed development, endurance and movement.

The other thing that would make it popular would be to allow the use of hands.... and also if the ball was carried or thrown to advance to a zone at the end of a field....... possibly allow larger individuals on the team to clear the way for the ball to be advanced ...... possibly allow players to assist the goalie by holding down an opposition player and even grabbing him if necessary.... uh...put helmets on with team logos and then really pretty girls on the sidelines ....(roflmao)
