I will get flamed for this, but I think that at this point the best thing would be for kobe to give the girl 150K for college and she gets into premed or something.
She will lose this case and have future life ruined. See Monica....

Why should he give her squat? They had a consensual encounter. End of story.

Do you think that someone stupid enough to have multiple unprotected sex partners just to make a boyfriend jealous is smart enough to see that? Why should Kobe Bryant give her a nickel? Sorry, but as guilty as I think he may be, I could not vote for a conviction in this particular case. Having her history admitted may set back rape cases by decades.

Yes, you might get flamed, but let me
ask you this: why on earth should Kobe
give his accuser any money at all?
Her accusations have put his life and his
livelihood in immediate peril.
Based on all testimony and evidence admitted
by the court thus far, it appears that Kobe's
claim of consensual sex is truthful and accurate.
Ponder this: within 12 hours of her alleged "rape" she has sex with another male. PULEEEEZE.
I may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night,

I agree with some of the others that Kobe shouldn't have to give her anything. Also what would this doofus do in college? Would you really want someone like this to have a career in medicine? ...maybe on medicine.

Why on earth should Kobe give her anything ? As for her "ruined" life, she and her mother should have given that some thought before making false accusations.
