It really doesn't matter, considering that the guy who was arrested likely shared the information with others, and that info could be completely updated now. Besides, it's been said that the info is a mix of old and new.
and there have been more arrests in Pakistan, we still do not know who they are. A rather large roll up is in progress, and intel is being gathered.
