If they had their hands and feet in baggies for forensic evidence preservation the police would use paper baggies to wrap around the hands and feet because it breathes and preserves the evidence better.

I agree, most unusual and that is the only thing that would come to mind as well. Perhaps British Chick could confirm if this is common handling proceedures or unusual.

I've never seen anyone being arrested in that manner before. Usually the only bit covered in a bag or blanket is their head!
