The present threat in Israel is compounded by the possibility the terrorist organisations will use their own destruction of the al Aqsa mosque as a desperate move to rally arab support. As the PLO falls apart, it's potentially one last move IMO.

I can not help but wonder if that abomination is the abomination of desolation. It is so obvious. And the temple mount is desolate because Jews are not allowed? Just thinking out loud...if so that would lend even more credence to this theory. Not to mention that mohammed may indeed be the "false prophet" and islam the "Strong delusion." What else, what evil has had as much influence on the world and led us this close to the brink spritually and physically [The Cold War was potential physical destruction but not spiritual] Ideas?

Checking the list to see who has and has not donated may not get you the correct answer. I started donating years ago and became a monthly donor a couple of years ago using my name. When I finally signed up I became NanaDory8, which is not on that list.

my cheque is in the mail!

I have often thought about spiritual ideas...when and where and how. Let me share something with you. From all of my reading, I have come to the conclusion that at the time of the Exodus, at the time of great travail, 'plagues' and 'portents' the Hebrews and the arab tribes as they crossed paths in the desert, each made a choice; how to interpret what was happening. The leader of the fleeing slaves, Moses, saw salvation in the power of One God who moved the earth, who had the power to both destroy and create. Infinitely wise, Moses understood the word of God...thou shalt not...

Whereas the arabs, in the 'black cloud' they followed (yet could not reach) saw destruction as a GIFT from their planetary god. Allah they thought, had created destruction on their behalf. And when you think of it, that's a natural thought progression for a basically parasitic culture.

Mohammadanism came along some two thousand years later. Islam is nothing but the enshrinement in a 'holy' book of what the tribes from the Peninsula always were. It's cultural! The arabs chose pillage, Moses chose monotheism.
