All the pix of the DOTR I can find show no more than a big brass boobie. There's no way to shoehorn it into the drawing.

Abou Ben Adhem Shrine Mosque - Missouri

There are quite a few with the 'general' shape, so I guess it might be a mosque... This is from Istanbul.

Turkey - Similar Shape

Cleveland Mosque - Sort of the same shape.

I'm not sure... I guess it could be anything. I wish whoever drew the picture was a bit better of an artist or more willing to share their plan. :)
