I think the 50% vs 10% he refered to was the number of muslims that would welcome the downfall of America not specifically Wahhabist.
Perhaps not Wahhabist themselves, but if the number of moslems in the US who would welcome the downfall of this country approaches anywhere near 50%, this is not good.
It's a much higher number of people than the 10% that we usually hear quoted, who are considered violent radicals.
If 50% of that population condones violence against the country they have chosen to live in, it's beyond the pale.
